This is an all-levels, beginner friendly 70 minute slow flow yoga class with Natalie Lain. Each class we start by anchoring into the breath and setting an intention. Our class theme will be to gently open the heart. Natalie will guide the yoga class as you connect with your body and nourish yourself from the inside out.
Please bring a yoga mat! This is a must. We will be following a no-prop sequence however if you want to you can bring your own yoga blocks, strap, bolster, or blanket and you can use these at your own discretion (optional).
Guests can arrive prior to start time to settle in but no earlier than 15 minutes prior to start time please. :)

About the Instructor: Natalie Lain has been facilitating wellness workshops since 2019 including guided meditation, creative art meditation, cacao ceremonies, and ecstatic dance. She is honored to be a yoga teacher RYT 200. She completed her training at Om My Yoga Academy in February of 2024 and is Yoga Alliance certified. Natalie began teaching yoga in April of 2024 and offers vinyasa yoga, aerial yoga, yin yoga, and gentle yoga classes. She is passionate about mindfulness, wellness, and community & is inspired by the idea that in intentional spaces, we are all each other’s teachers.
