A Cacao Ceremony & Creative Art Circle with Guided Meditation, Intention Setting, and Conscious Conversation
This evening is an opportunity to provide yourself with some nurturing self-love in a safe space, while expressing yourself creatively. Using artistic expression to tap into our child-like nature, and with the aid of Cacao to open our hearts, we will practice relaxation and mindfulness techniques. Together we will tap into the present moment and dive deeply into our heart-space.
Delicious Cacao will be served in Ceremony with the intention to tap into our spiritual connection and to bring new realizations and creative downloads. In this safe space, we will allow ourselves to release what is no longer serving our greater good. We will bring our awareness onto our inherent oneness with Mother Nature, and embrace the ever changing circumstances of our own lives. The Spirit Journey is full of surprises, and we will clear out space for whatever is to come along on our individual and collective paths.
We will also enjoy an oracle reading, and a creative artistic response exercise. We will be creating visual reminders of our experience that each of us will be able to take home.
In this safe space, we will have a group discussion & share about how to express our divine inner love and creativity in deeper ways.

What to bring?
-A refillable water bottle for yourself (optional, water refills will be available)
-A mug for Cacao (optional)
-Any favorite painting/drawing supplies (This is optional; there will be enough provided for everyone to use.)
A little info about Cacao:
Cacao Ceremonies have taken place for thousands of years as a way to explore within our spiritual practices and come together to open our hearts. They originally were performed by native tribes within Central and South America. Today Cacao is widely known for its health benefits ~ not only does it naturally elevate your mood & bring feelings of bliss and inner connection, but it is also a powerful source of antioxidants, magnesium, calcium, & iron.
Cacao is a fruit that grows in tropical climates worldwide. It was first discovered at least 5000 years ago and was quickly considered sacred by those who consumed it. Cacao brings a feeling of warmth, love, kindness, and mother-earth connection. This can be explained spiritually and scientifically. Raw Cacao contains chemicals that stimulate the brain to release serotonin, tryptophan, and dopamine, as well as a a chemical call Anandamide which is also known as the “bliss molecule".
For thousands of years Cacao has been considered medicine and has been used in sacred rituals and ceremonies.
