Community Celebration & Ecstatic Dance

This event will have 3 distinct and important parts, designed to stimulate and nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

Part 1: Live Interview with Special Guest Speakers

~Mind~

We'll share a heart-centered live interview with a panel of guest speakers. Ruthie Lerato guides the conversation as we sit back and enjoy.

Part 2: Cacao Ceremony with Sound Meditation

~Spirit~

As we sip cacao in circle around the fire, a special guest musician will share a soothing, peaceful sound meditation.

Natalie Lain will guide us through a Cacao Ceremony, offering a guided visualization to help us open the heart center and connect to the spirit of cacao, inviting and allowing our inner love to rise to the surface.

Part 3: Ecstatic Dance & Drum Circle

~Body~

Heather Solomon 200 E-RYT will lead gentle yogic movement before and after the dance, ending in a meditative savasana.

We'll tap into the beautiful, transformative power of music and freeform movement during an ecstatic dance around the fire.
If you're new to this...know that you can warm yourself up to it at your own pace in this safe and love-based space.

After the dance, join in a captivating drum circle around the fire. BYOD- bring your own drum or drums to share. <3

About the Ecstatic Dance:

Our PLAY-list is designed by Natalie Lain who regularly DJ’s ecstatic dance experiences. The music is intended to guide you on a sweet and powerful inner & collective journey. It incorporates a variety of music styles to help you explore moving your body in new and refreshing ways. (Some genres include organic-electronic, EDM, reggae, folk, and percussive tribal beats.) The dance is a unique and personal experience for all who attend. You are truly dancing as an act of love for yourself, with an intention to move in ways that feel good and release any concerns for how you appear externally. In this safe space, we hope that you may find yourself shedding layers of tension, of criticism, or of any other unnecessary energies. We encourage you to be gentle with yourself throughout the process, exploring your edges and nourishing your body, mind, spirit, and heart. For some it can be a fun, lighthearted celebration, for others a full-on workout or emotion release; it depends on what you want to get out of it! This is a safe space with loving individuals where you can feel free to receive and express with compassion and without judgment. You are welcome completely - come as you are. <3
