This evening is an opportunity to provide yourself with some nurturing self-love in a safe space. The circle will begin with an intentional Cacao Ceremony with peaceful music and guided meditation followed by time for creative expression. We will be making watercolor artworks that each of us will be able to take home. In this safe space, we will have a group discussion & share about how we can bring love and greater ease into our daily lives. We will create positive intentions for our current phase of life and will set the tone for ourselves to move into the next moments with more love and trust. Our paintings will serve as reminders of our intentions, and we can take them home to put them someplace where they will bring inspiration to us in days to come. This circle is all about empowerment, reminding each other that we are not alone on this human journey and that we each have unique and important vibrations to share.

(Please note that our circle will take place seated on meditation cushions. If chair seating is needed, please let us know and we will be sure to accommodate.)

Investment: $30 (There are 15 tickets available for this indoor event.)

Pre-Registration is required and will be available until the event start time.

What to bring?
-A refillable water bottle for yourself (optional, water refills will be available)
-A favorite mug for Cacao (optional, we will have many to share)
-Any favorite drawing supplies (This is optional; there will be enough provided for everyone to use.)

About the Host: Natalie Lain is an events facilitator based out of the Harrisburg area. One of her main intentions with events is to create spaces where we can be inspired to express our inner-child with creativity, acceptance, and heart-opening play. Natalie frequently hosts Ecstatic Dance journeys, guided meditations, and Cacao Ceremonies. She is inspired by the idea that we are all each other's teachers, and in these gatherings we can all teach each other and learn more about ourselves along the way.
